EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Police say they arrested a driver who was 3.5 instances the legal alcohol limit after at the very least 5 people known as 911.
Officers say the calls began coming in around 4:40 p.m. Monday.
They say witnesses reported seeing a SUV hit the median of the Lloyd Expressway near the Fundamental Avenue exit. They are saying the crash precipitated a flat tire and the automobile to smoke, however the driver kept going.
Other callers say the driving force was everywhere in the road and now lacking a entrance tire.
They are saying he eventually stopped at a car dealership and appeared “super drunk.”
Workers informed police the driving force, 30-year-old Jordon Mattingly, was attempting to promote his SUV.
