DALLAS - A 15-year-old lady from North Richland Hills is now house after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airlines Center. But the family nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not performing swiftly sufficient regarding the crime, which had the woman as a part of a sex-trafficking operation.
“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” legal professional Zeke Fortenberry stated. “Our intent is that manner (the aforementioned organizations) are on notice that we’re pursuing claims against them for their negligence and other causes of motion.''
Fortenberry mentioned the teen’s father informed police on the recreation when he realized she was missing. However, based on the legal professional, the daddy was instructed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
