DALLAS - The high court will allow a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed towards the city of Dallas and 4 law enforcement officials.

The family of a man who died in police custody in 2016 sued.

Tony Timpa referred to as police for assist as he had a drug and psychological well being disaster.
