Uvalde school police chief identified as commander who determined not to breach classroom

12:16 p.m.: The same girl makes another 911 name, reporting there were “eight to 9 students alive."

12:17 p.m.: Robb Elementary proclaims on Facebook: "There's an active shooter at Robb Elementary. Legislation enforcement is on web site.
