Spouse filled husband’s telephone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole lot of images of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in response to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the machine and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their home.

The police say that phone had lots of of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any pictures much like those Moore become them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been friends and had discussed carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old cellphone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose too much of it as a result of it was not his major phone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical costs as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
