Spouse stuffed husband’s telephone with little one porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered round loading lots of of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and stated she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had tons of of photos of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any photos similar to those Moore become them. That’s when they reportedly obtained a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were buddies and had discussed carrying out the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his major cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is dealing with the same prices in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
