Wife stuffed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading a whole bunch of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the machine and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their residence.

The police say that telephone had a whole bunch of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the telephone he was using didn't have any photos similar to the ones Moore become them. That’s when they reportedly acquired a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were buddies and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they have been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the phone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose too much of it because it was not his main cellphone and didn't have service.”

Moore is dealing with expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical fees in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
