Spouse filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading lots of of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have labored collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her youngsters back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in response to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn in their dwelling.

The police say that telephone had a whole lot of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to marvel why the cellphone he was using did not have any images just like those Moore became them. That’s when they reportedly obtained a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were friends and had mentioned carrying out the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they had been associates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do prematurely of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his primary phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of child pornography.
