Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading lots of of images of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in response to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the device and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that phone had tons of of pictures of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they began to marvel why the cellphone he was utilizing didn't have any images just like the ones Moore become them. That’s once they reportedly bought a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore were pals and had mentioned finishing up the incident upfront.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially said she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they have been friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the phone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with prices of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical costs as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
