Spouse crammed husband’s cellphone with youngster porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading hundreds of photos of kid pornography onto her husband’s cellphone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in response to the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the device and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their residence.
