Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in front of household throughout domestic violence name

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a household that referred to as police during a fraught home violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order call on the night of April 21.

Dominguez is on administrative leave following the incident, the District Lawyer’s Workplace stated. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
