Die Seitenbesitzer erkannten schnell den Wert einer nahmen Listung in Serps und recht bald fand man Behörde, die sich auf die Verfeinerung professionellen. In den Anfängen erfolgte der Antritt oft zu der Übertragung der URL der jeweiligen Seite bei der unterschiedlichen Suchmaschinen im Internet. Diese sendeten dann einen Webcrawler zur Kritische Auseinandersetzung der Seite aus und indexierten sie.[1] Der Webcrawler lud die Webpräsenz auf den Web Server der Search Engine, wo ein weiteres Anwendung, der bekannte Indexer, Angaben herauslas und katalogisierte (genannte Wörter, Links zu ähnlichen Seiten). Die zeitigen Versionen der Suchalgorithmen basierten auf Informationen, die anhand der Webmaster selbst bestehen worden sind, wie Meta-Elemente, oder durch Indexdateien in Suchmaschinen im Internet wie ALIWEB. Meta-Elemente geben einen Gesamteindruck über den Content einer Seite, jedoch registrierte sich bald heraus, dass die Anwendung er Vorschläge nicht verlässlich war, da die Wahl der eingesetzten Schlüsselworte dank dem Webmaster eine ungenaue Beschreibung des Seiteninhalts widerspiegeln kann. Ungenaue und unvollständige Daten in den Meta-Elementen vermochten so irrelevante Internetseiten bei charakteristischen Suchen listen.[2] Auch versuchten Seitenersteller diverse Merkmale in des HTML-Codes einer Seite so zu beeinflussen, dass die Seite passender in Suchergebnissen gefunden wird.[3] Da die frühen Search Engines sehr auf Faktoren abhängig waren, die einzig in Koffern der Webmaster lagen, waren sie auch sehr anfällig für Falscher Gebrauch und Manipulationen im Ranking. Um bessere und relevantere Testergebnisse in Serps zu bekommen, mussten sich die Operatoren der Suchmaschinen im Internet an diese Faktoren angleichen. Weil der Riesenerfolg einer Suchmaschine davon abhängig ist, wichtigste Suchresultate zu den inszenierten Keywords anzuzeigen, vermochten ungünstige Vergleichsergebnisse zur Folge haben, dass sich die Mensch nach weiteren Optionen zur Suche im Web umsehen. Die Auflösung der Suchmaschinen im WWW inventar in komplexeren Algorithmen beim Rangordnung, die Punkte beinhalteten, die von Webmastern nicht oder nur nicht ohne Rest durch zwei teilbar leicht beeinflussbar waren. Larry Page und Sergey Brin konstruierten mit „Backrub“ – dem Stammvater von Google – eine Anlaufstelle, die auf einem mathematischen Algorithmus basierte, der anhand der Verlinkungsstruktur Webseiten gewichtete und dies in Rankingalgorithmus einfluss besitzen ließ. Hey wait a minute. The chrome dev tools always shows the DOM as it’s presented at the moment, regardless if you have placed elements there with JavaScript or not. You have to view the actual source to see if its working or not.. Or am I completely lost?

Google actually renders most of the JS before crawling.
I want to pre render only the home page of my site, all other pages doesn't need to be SEO friendly, shall I use SSR or Pre-rendering?
FYI, this is vue 2.0 and not 3.0. Just use vue create now.
So what about user-generated content, like new posts or poduct entries? Is there a way to always prerender these pages, even though they won't be on the dist folder (or they will be in a post.vue component, i.e.)?
isn't prerendering similar to what PHP does? it creates the page before "sending" it to the client.

Just a small correction:
Element viewer will always show these tags even on development mode/server. Element viewer shows actual DOM that is being rendered on browser. If there is anything on screen, doesn't matter if its rendered using js or anything else, it will be there. You can see vuejs dom manipulation real time on element viewer.
Source viewer is where #app tag will generally be empty. But in your case, it will be filled with static contents.
